Expected Release Window

ULTRA works describes a two-wave rework: wave one revamps Locust and Guilt abilities; wave two adds new giants, maps, classes, perks, and survivor attack items. Doctor Nowhere likely ships in wave two alongside Verity. Developer YouTube updates reference the event as the largest content drop in the game's history.

Design Speculation

No official lore or ability breakdown is published yet. Community gameplay from June 2026 notes Guilt is roughly twice Locust's height — Doctor Nowhere may follow a distinct visual theme given the medical "Doctor" naming.
